Marianne Gilmartin, president - Marianne Gilmartin is an attorney and a shareholder in the law firm of Stevens & Lee. She practices out of its Scranton office. Marianne focuses on litigation issues in the areas of construction, banking, insurance and complex commercial litigation. She represents owners and developers, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers, as well as colleges and universities, banking institutions, local government, manufacturers and insurance companies in a wide range of litigation matters. She is board-certified by the national Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial advocate. Marianne is a construction neutral for the American Arbitration Association. She also counsels clients regarding risk avoidance and manages construction litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, including mechanics lien claims.


Wendy Evans, vice president - Wendy Evans is President and local franchise owner of Mr. Electric of the Pocono Northeast. Mr. Electric is an international franchise system whose parent company is the Dwyer group. She is a board member of Dress for Success Lackawanna County. Wendy has a bachelor's degree in psychology and business administration from the University of Scranton as well as a master's level certification in drug and alcohol counseling from Pennsylvania State University. She has also studied interior design at Marywood University.


Natalie Pettinato O'Hara, secretary - Natalie Pettinato O'Hara is the current Principal of PACE Construction Managers, Inc., a General Construction and Construction Management firm that has performed work locally for over 75 years. She handles the operations side of the business and is responsible to oversee everything from estimating to proposals to change orders to work in progress. Prior to returning to Scranton, PA and joining PACE, she worked for Turner Construction as a Field Engineer, Cost Engineer and in the Estimating Department. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and is EIT certified. She also is on the Board of Directors of MetroAction and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce.


Ashley Igdalsky, director - Ashley Igdalsky is the Executive Director of The Village at Pocono, a new $50 million extended-stay/timeshare resort which will consist of over 1,500 units. The Village is the newest project of Pocono International Raceway, where she serves as the Corporate Assistant Secretary-Treasurer and is the third generation to be involved in the family business. Miss Igdalsky earned a B.A. degree in Communications and Film from Elon University, at the age of 20. She graduated at the top of her film class and was the recipient of Elon's Outstanding Senior In Film Award. She continues to follow her passion and has been a freelance Assistant Director for numerous television networks over the last 8 years.


Mary Bogart, P.E., director - Mary Bogart, P.E., founded Bogart Engineering in 1988. The firm provides professional transportation engineering services to clients in the private, public and institutional sectors, and will celebrate its twentieth year in business in 2008. Mrs. Bogart is also a partner in the Oaktree Group, a full service civil engineering firm which provides site design services. Mrs. Bogart is a graduate of Lafayette College, where she earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering. She has been a practicing engineer for twenty five years. She has been actively involved with the Northeast Chapter of Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers since 1989. She served as Chapter president, board member, scholarship chairperson, and is currently the chairperson of the Northeast Pennsylvania Mathcounts program.


Danlys Hernandez-Buck, director - Danlys Hernandez-Buck is a Project Architect with Hemmler and Camayd Architects. She has worked on all phases of a variety of projects including Marywood University Visual Arts Center, Lackawanna College Multipurpose room/Towanda Campus expansion, Allied Skilled Nursing Center, Johnstown High School and Notre Dame Jr/Sr High School. She attended an Architectural engineering program at Penn State Worthington Scranton Campus and New York Institute of Technology, from which she received her bachelor of Architecture degree. Danlys is involved in many professional and civic activities including Scranton Tomorrow’s Annual First Night Celebration, the planning committee for the Women’s Network of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, and the Hispanic Resources Network. She is also a member of the board of the Girl Scouts Scranton Pocono Council, including a program that introduces Scouts to Architecture.



Andrew C. Skrip, director - Andy Skrip is Vice President of Industrial Development and now oversees the planning, financing and construction efforts of Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company (SLIBCO), the industrial marketing and development arm of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Skrip has helped numerous companies locate and expand their production, office, and distribution facilities in Lackawanna County. He has managed the design, financing, construction or expansion of many of the regions business parks, both office and industrial. He has also supervised multi-million dollar build-to-suit projects for several large commercial tenants. In 1999, the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association named Mr. Skrip Pennsylvania's "Economic Developer of the Year". He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with an Associate Degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in marketing, management, and international business. He has also completed numerous other courses in Planning, Economic Development and Project Management. In addition to his position on the Board of Directors for PWC, Mr. Skrip is an active member of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of New York. He serves on the Board of Directors of Northeastern Economic Developers Association, Lackawanna County Workforce Investment Board, and SLIBCO Utilities.
