Our Chapter's Board of Directors

Natalie Pettinato O'Hara, secretary - Natalie Pettinato O'Hara is the current Principal of PACE Construction Managers, Inc., a General Construction and Construction Management firm that has performed work locally for over 75 years. She handles the operations side of the business and is responsible to oversee everything from estimating to proposals to change orders to work in progress. Prior to returning to Scranton, PA and joining PACE, she worked for Turner Construction as a Field Engineer, Cost Engineer and in the Estimating Department. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and is EIT certified. She is a member of the Board of Directors of both MetroAction and the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce.

Mary Bogart, P.E., director - Mary Bogart, P.E., founded Bogart Engineering in 1988. The firm provides professional transportation engineering services to clients in the private, public and institutional sectors, and celebrated its twentieth year in business in 2008. Mrs. Bogart is also a partner in the Oaktree Group, a full service civil engineering firm which provides site design services. Mrs. Bogart is a graduate of Lafayette College, where she earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering. She has been a practicing engineer for twenty five years. She has been actively involved with the Northeast Chapter of Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers since 1989. She served as Chapter president, board member, scholarship chairperson, and is currently the chairperson of the Northeast Pennsylvania Mathcounts program.

Jennifer Pocius Davis, director - Jennifer Davis is Director of Business Development for Sordoni Construction Services, Inc., a Construction Management and General Contracting firm that was founded in 1910. Jennifer returned to her hometown of Scranton, PA in 2001; she worked as an Architectural Designer and Director of Business Development for Hemmler + Camayd Architects before joining Sordoni. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a BA in Design of the Environment from Penn, and gained experience in the A/E/C industry working for several firms in Boston, Philadelphia, and New York City. Jennifer has been an adjunct faculty for the Interior Architecture program at Marywood University and also serves on the board of the Northeast Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Georgene A. Piscotty, director - Georgene Piscotty is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Saul Metcho Insurance, Kingston, specializing in the construction industry for the past 7 ½ years. Georgene has been with the insurance industry for 15 years, and in this time has achieved her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation and is currently pursuing her CRIS (Construction Risk Insurance Specialist) designation. She also holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Luzerne County Community College. She currently serves as 1st vice president for the Insurance Woman of Wyoming Valley a division of the National Association of Insurance Women where she has been an active member for 6 years and was chosen "Insurance Professional of the Year 2006".
