Our Chapter's Board of Directors Vinesha Clark, president - One of the founding pioneers of PWC-DC, Vinesha is principal of Clark Construction Consulting Services, Inc., a Certified Woman-owned (WBE/iWBE) firm located in Gaithersburg, MD. In 2006, she saw the need for an organization like PWC in the Washington Metropolitan Area and along with other business and professional men and women helped create the DC Chapter, thus providing much needed industry interaction, networking and educational opportunities. An avid golfer, Vinesha introduced the PWC-DC Golf Clinic and Outing to further encourage business alliances. She has also been instrumental in developing PWC special events to attract a wide spectrum of the construction industry. Vinesha is PWC National's representative to the US Women's Chamber of Commerce (USWCC).
Shea Sullivan is a communications strategist with 15 years of experience in the construction, engineering, oil and gas, and health care industries. She recently moved to Bechtel Infrastructure’s business development division, after spending more than three years as Bechtel’s communications manager for construction of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (Phase 1) in Northern Virginia. Prior to moving to the Washington, D.C. area, she worked in communications and change management for Top 10 oil and gas clients in Oklahoma and her native Texas. Shea holds an MBA from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas. She is also a longtime member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), both of her alumni associations, and the Texas State Society. Nicole Lefcourt Campbell, Partner - Huddles Jones Sorteberg & Dachille P.C.
Nicole Campbell is an attorney with Huddles Jones Sorteberg & Dachille, P.C. Ms. Campbell’s practice focuses on the resolution of construction disputes, both locally and around the country, on private and government construction projects. She represents a variety of companies working in the construction industry, including owners/developers, general contractors and subcontractors. Ms. Campbell has represented her clients in all aspects of construction dispute resolution, including mediations, arbitrations, trials, appeals and settlements by negotiation. She has significant experience representing her clients in both state and federal courts, before various government boards of appeals, as well as in arbitration proceedings both before the American Arbitration Association and elsewhere. Ms. Campbell’s experience includes the filing of mechanic’s liens, payment bond actions and all other types of construction related claims. She also assists her clients in drafting contracts, change orders, and releases and negotiates on behalf of her clients with other parties to avoid disputes when issues arise during construction projects.
Prior to joining Huddles Jones Sorteberg & Dachille, P.C. in 2005, Ms. Campbell practiced commercial litigation at Piper Rudnick LLP in Baltimore, Maryland. In that position, she worked in all phases of trial and appellate practice. Marianne C. Ramey , advisory council - Marianne Ramey is the President of Project Advisors International, an international disputes resolution consulting firm. For over 25 years, Ms. Ramey has been engaged as an expert on matters of programme delay related to large infrastructure projects. She is a registered professional civil engineer in the USA and Australia, a certified PMP, and holds an MBA. She is a fellow of ASCE, a member of the British Academy of Experts, and a director of the Dispute Review Board Foundation. She has provided testimony for numerous disputes in litigation in a variety of international forums, and as the tribunal's expert. She has also advised contractors and owners during project execution on managing schedule and cost risk. Adrian Bastianelli, Esq. , advisory council - Adrian Bastianelli is a construction lawyer with the Washington, DC firm of Peckar, Abramson, Bastianelli & Kelley, LLP. Mr. Bastianelli has taken a leadership role in many construction organizations. He is on the Board of Governors of the American College of Construction Lawyers; on the Governing Committee of the ABA's Forum on the Construction Industry; a past President of the Washington Building Congress; editor of the Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers; former editor of The Construction Lawyer; on the Construction Advisory Council for Thompson/West; and has held many other positions. He is highly ranked in construction law by Chambers USA and Who's Who Legal. Mr. Bastianelli has an active alternative dispute resolution practice serving often as an arbitrator, mediator, and dispute review board member. Before becoming a lawyer Mr. Bastianelli worked as a civil engineer and obtained his professional engineers license. Mr. Bastianelli received a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a JD from the University of Louisville. Lisa H. Ambrose, director - Lisa Ambrose is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tithe Corp. which she founded in 1990. Tithe Corp. is an internationally recognized, 100% woman owned and operated HVAC manufacturer best known for innovative solutions, quality focus and humanitarian motivation. Tithe Corp. designs and manufactures sophisticated, high performance, precision environmental control equipment for use in computer rooms, telecom markets, retail spaces and for military applications. Tithe Corp. is located in a HUB Zone in Baltimore and is eligible for WBE and minority/women's set asides. Ms. Ambrose received her BA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business from NYU. Her career in the HVAC and A/E/C industry spans over twenty years and includes mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, project management, estimating, marketing and business development. Lisa lives in Naples, Florida and Annapolis, Maryland.
Lorraine Reale, TreasurerLorraine Reale Treasurer, has more than 16 years of experience providing tax services, including business consulting for entities and individuals, in the real estate arena. She has served as an advisor to commercial, closely held and not-for-profit businesses. Her clients include private and public companies as well as owners and their families. Lorraine has developed custom tax solutions for clients including real estate developers, property managers, cargo facility owners, hotel operators, public real estate investment trusts (REITs), operating partnerships, home builders and high net worth individuals. Lorraine has been PWC-DC's treasurer since 2007 and has been instrumental in the financial planning of the Chapter.
