Ronda Bailey's career reads as a who’s who of companies recognized nationally for innovation, collaboration and excellence. From Kennebunk Maine to Philadelphia, she’s consistently been at the intersection of good ideas and dedicated people, helping clients chart the ever changing waters of business.
Ronda has over 33 years of solid strategic, business development, sales and marketing experience. She is known for her exceptional network of high-level contacts and connections in the Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Sciences and Justice/Civic clients in the design and construction arena. She has a keen understanding and ability to identify and clearly define goals and mission of the institution as they relate to the decision makers. Ronda is equally adept at strategic planning and tactical execution.

Amee S. Farrell is a Principal with Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, PC. Amee concentrates her practice in the areas of land use, land development and zoning of commercial, public and residential real estate; representing both corporate and private individuals in Philadelphia and throughout eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Amee works hand-in-hand with the project team to procure local, state, and federal approvals throughout all aspects of the land development, construction, and occupancy process.
Amee was previously a member of the design staffs at Daley + Jalboot Architects and Cope Linder Associates, where she gained extensive experience in the design and construction of public and private projects in and around the Philadelphia area. As a result, Amee routinely assists developers in the procurement of construction permits and certificates of occupancy and appears regularly before municipal Boards of Code Appeals seeking construction code variances for clients.
Amee is a 1996 graduate of Temple University (Bachelor of Architecture, cum laude) and a 2004 graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law (J.D., cum laude). Amee lives with her husband and two children in Cheltenham, where she serves as the Chair of the Cheltenham Township Zoning Hearing Board.

Leslie K. Whitby is an Associate and Business Development Manager at Stantec with more than 25 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, including 10+ years with AEC firms. Leslie has a proven track-record of exceeding goals and a reputation for providing an unsurpassed level of customer service, resulting in genuine client loyalty and repeat business. As a trusted associate, she’s built a superior network in the Healthcare, Higher Education, and Commercial industries throughout the Northeast US.
Leslie is a long-time member and supporter of CREW Philadelphia (2015 & 2016 Chair Membership Committee, 2014 & 2015 Co-Chair Membership Committee) Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley (2014 Board Member & Chair of Membership Committee), Delaware Valley Green Building Council, Green Healthcare Circle, DVAPPA (2017- 2018 Board Member) and ERAPPA (2017 Business Partner Advisory Board & 2012 Regional Conference Host Committee Member).
Leslie lives with her husband, two kids, two Labrador Retrievers and two cats in Lower Merion. Leslie and her family are very passionate about animal rescue and volunteer at Main Line Animal Rescue where they have rescued two dogs.
Sara is a Project Manager, Architect and Planner with over 18 years if professional experience. As Principal and Laboratory Planner in the Science + Technology practice at EwingCole, she is motivated to create beautiful spaces for people who work in the scientific field, inspiring collaboration and creativity for breakthrough advancements in the industry.
Sara plans complex projects for clinical and research labs and coordinates with large teams across multiple offices. She has experience in programming, planning, and managing major projects through all phases of design and construction. She manages the design process, planning and coordination of spaces, equipment, and engineering from conceptual design through project completion.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Jefferson University and has resided in both EwingCole’s Philadelphia office and Irvine offices. She is a registered architect in multiple states and an active member of AIA.
Megan Holmes is the Managing Leader for Stantec’s Philadelphia Architecture & Engineering group, overseeing business operations to support current and future needs, employees efficient resource management, ensures the effective delivery of professional services and drives positive financial performance. In collaboration with the leadership team, regional and national business initiatives, she promotes talent recruitment and mentorship, advances design innovation and supports business development activities
Megan is also a Principal in the Healthcare Sector at Stantec and is responsible for all aspects of project execution but specializes in innovative planning solutions and managing a collaborative design process. She is highly analytical, motivating team members to achieve the closest possible alignment with project goals, encouraging out of the box thinking and alternate delivery options.
In her more than 15 years of design experience, she has led projects ranging from a two million square foot specialty teaching hospital in the Middle East to a two thousand square foot primary care clinic in her own backyard. Her passion is building the right team for the job and facilitating a collaborative design process. She believes that each project, regardless of size or complexity, presents its own unique set of challenges and opportunities.
Senior Business Development Manager
Christine Hough is a seasoned Business Development and Marketing professional with 21 years in the A/E/C industry, and 15 years in the Philadelphia market. Previous tenures with several architectural and construction firms--including Hillier, JKR Partners, Structure Tone and Daniel J. Keating Company--have enabled her to forge long-term relationships with decision-makers and consulting partners throughout greater Philadelphia.
Christine is responsible for generating and growing business for Langan in the Philadelphia region by promoting the firm’s capabilities and participating in networking, industry events, professional organizations, presentations and conferences. Additional responsibilities include national business development in the Higher Education and Healthcare vertical markets, and exploration of untapped geographic markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Langan has 30+ offices in the U.S. and abroad, and consistently ranks in the top 50 Design Firms (ENR).
Christine is an active participant in several industry and charitable organizations, including The Center for Architecture + Design (Board of Directors, 2016-present), ASHE (Member since 2014), CREW (Member since 2004; Board of Directors, 2006-2008, COAA (Member since 2015; National Membership Committee), CTBUH (Philadelphia Chapter, Board of Directors 2015-present), DBIA (Founding Co-Chair, Philadelphia Chapter 2013-2015), SCUP (Member since 2001, Mid-Atlantic Council 2014-present), Career Wardrobe, the March of Dimes and the Spring Garden Civic Association.
Amy Novak, LEED A.P.
Amy Novak has extensive experience spanning more than two decades in the Pennsylvania construction market. Currently, Amy Novak is Project Executive for Torcon, Inc., one of the most active and respected construction management firms in the Mid-Atlantic. Amy started her career as a project engineer and manager at Barclay White and Skanska.
Amy joined Torcon’s Philadelphia office at the Navy Yard in 2006, completing projects for clients such as Villanova University, Rutgers University, St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Hackensack Meridian Health and Campbell Soup Company. In this role, Amy oversees project planning, cost control, schedule development and construction operations on multiple projects throughout the region.
Amy earned dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Lehigh University, as well as an MBA from Penn State. Professionally, she has completed an OSHA 30 Hour Safety Course, is LEED Accredited, and has completed training in Primavera Project Planner and Prolog Project Manager. Amy is a past board member for NAWIC in Philadelphia and a mentor in the ACE Mentoring program. Active in the community, Amy is a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign.

Carrie Streahle has over twenty years of experience in the construction management industry. Carrie became owner and President of Promatech, Inc. in 2010 and is responsible for the daily management of the firm and its personnel. Promatech is a certified WBE/DBE/SBE firm specializing in Construction Management and Project Management Services.
Ms. Streahle earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and is involved with numerous professional organizations, including the American Society of Highway Engineers - Southern NJ Section, Women’s Transportation Seminar – Philadelphia Chapter, and the Professional Women in Construction – Philadelphia Chapter.

Jennifer Unterberger joined Brandywine Realty Trust in 2003. She is currently the Senior Director of Leasing in the suburban portfolio. She has covered various markets during her tenure at Brandywine which include Center City, Delaware, Conshohocken and, most recently, Radnor. Throughout her career in Leasing, Jen has worked closely with development, client services, and property management. Brandywine Realty Trust is one of the largest, publicly traded, full-service, integrated real estate companies in the United States with a core focus in the Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Austin markets. Organized as a real estate investment trust (REIT), we own, develop, lease and manage an urban, town center and transit-oriented portfolio.
