Roxanne is a Senior Project Planner with STV | DPM, Inc., a client-oriented Owner's Representative consulting company that provides project management, strategic real estate and facilities planning services to corporate, municipal and institutional clients. STV | DPM specializes in pre-construction planning, program management, construction administration, space programming, portfolio management, Furniture Fixture & Equipment (FF&E) consulting and relocation management. As the Senior Project Planner, Roxanne's role is to provide advanced team leadership, manage the budgeting, scheduling, design, bidding, renovation, selection of furnishings, fixtures, equipment and vendors and relocation requirements. Roxanne directs and coordinates the activities of the project team to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget. Her focus is on complex relocation and FF&E assignments and moderate scale TI projects. Roxanne has over 21 years of diverse experience in relocation management, space programming, public and private sectors with an emphasis on furniture procurement, vendor and facilities management. She is a LEED Accredited Professional (Commercial Interiors), and holds degrees in Accounting (Northwest Community College) and General Studies (University of Connecticut). Roxanne also serves on the Plymouth CT Board of Education, Facilities, and Personnel & Finance Committee.
Rebeccah S Eldridge, AIA, LEED AP

Architect, Shepley Bulfinch
Beccah Eldridge is an architect at Shepley Bulfinch, a national architecture firm with offices in Boston, Hartford, Houston, and Phoenix specializing in tackling complex projects, especially in the areas of education, healthcare, and urban development. She is responsible for projects ranging in size, and from the conceptual stage through construction and occupation. Beccah has over 15 years of experience in the AEC industry, focusing primarily in healthcare planning and design. Her project experience ranges from interior fit-outs within hospital campuses to ground up outpatient centers within the New England region. Beccah is actively involved in many organizations both within and outside the AEC industry. In addition to serving as PWC CT Vice President, she held the role of PWC Secretary from 2013 - 2018, and sits on several committees and is the chair for the Sponsorship Committee. She is a 2014 graduate of the Quest Program through the Leadership of Greater Hartford. She formerly served on boards for Hartford Public High School and the CT Science Center. She received her Bachelor’s degree here in Hartford, CT at Trinity College and her Master of Architecture from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
Carolyn S. Kurth, CPA, CFE

Carolyn is a Director at CohnReznick and a leader in the Firm’s Government Services and Construction Industry Practices. She has over 20 years of experience and specializes in providing audit, accounting, consulting and forensic services to government agencies, quasi-government agencies, government contractors and service providers, engineering firms and construction companies. Ms. Kurth specializes in, and has extensive experience with Construction Claims Analysis for various public and non-public project owners; Contract Close-Out Audits; Interim Project Audits; Financial Reporting & Auditing for School Construction Projects; Burden, Fringe & Overhead Rate Audits; and Forensic investigations for various companies and organizations. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Carolyn was the Director of Forensic Accounting, Auditing and Consulting at a regional accounting firm where she was responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the Firm's policies and procedures for quality control on all of the Firm's audits, forensic accounting and consulting engagements, and special projects. In addition to being a charter board member of the Connecticut Chapter of Professional Women in Construction (PWC), Carolyn served as Treasurer of the Connecticut Chapter of PWC from 2005 - 2013, President of the Connecticut Chapter from 2014 - 2015, and is currently Treasurer. Carolyn’s commitment to the construction industry was recognized by the Professional Women in Construction - National, who honored her in 2014 as a "Woman of Achievement". Ms. Kurth previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Women in Construction Connecticut Chapter. She is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the National Association of Construction Auditors.

Senior Director of Marketing, Panolam Surface Systems
Pat is Senior Director of Marketing for Panolam Surface Systems, manufacturer of decorative laminates and other specialty products under well-known brands such as Nevamar and Pionite. She also serves as PWC-CT's Chair of the Membership Committee and a member of the Program and Awards Committees. Pat has over 30 years of marketing and business development experience in the design and construction industry, having previously worked for professional service firms providing architecture, engineering, interior design, general contracting and construction management. She has been active in many professional organizations, including the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) where she served as President of the Connecticut Chapter for four terms (1996-1998 and 2002-2004) as well as National’s Chair of its Striving for Excellence Committee (2012-2013). She is immediate past president of the Music Parents Association of Fairfield High Schools, Inc. and has served as Treasurer of the Family & Children's Agency Adoption Foundation based in Norwalk, Connecticut and on the Family & Children's Agency Adoption Support Committee. Pat holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.

Principal, Shipman & Goodwin, LLP
Laurann is a principal at the law firm of Shipman & Goodwin, LLP. Her practice concentrates on construction litigation, representing owners, contractors and subcontractors throughout Connecticut involving multi-million dollar construction projects. Laurann has been the principal construction litigator for the University of Connecticut's UCONN 2000 and 21st Century Construction Infrastructure Program and has represented the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation in their construction litigation matters. Besides representing owners, Laurann has represented subcontractors and contractors in all forums of litigation including Alternative Dispute Resolution processes, and state and federal courts. She also counsels clients during construction projects so as to avoid litigation and achieve optimal resolutions. Laurann is admitted to practice law in the States of Connecticut and New York, the United States District Court of Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. Laurann has lectured and authored articles on the topic of mold in construction, subcontractor payment issues, BIM and how to get the greatest economic advantage in a down economy. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut Law School instructing students in the art of appellate writing and oral argument. Laurann received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 1982 and earned her law degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1985. In addition to her roles with PWC, Laurann is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Construction Law Section Executive Committee; and American Bar Association, Construction Law Section. Industry Advisory Board member for CCSU Construction Management Program. Appointed by the Governor of Connecticut to serve on the Architectural Licensing Board.
Tracy Caisse, AIA

Senior Associate and Architect, The S/L/A/M Collaborative
Tracy is a Senior Associate and Architect at The S/L/A/M Collaborative (SLAM) located in Glastonbury, CT. Specializing in healthcare environments, she has planned, designed, documented, and provided technical expertise for many significant projects, including site assessments, complex renovations, and new construction. Her project experience includes inpatient nursing units, emergency departments, medical office buildings, rehabilitation facilities, cancer centers, behavioral health units, and medical education facilities. As a Revit Leader within the firm, she is also a resource for providing support, guidance, and innovations in BIM technology. In addition to serving on the Scholarship Committee, Tracy is the current chair of the Mentor Committee for the PWC-CT Chapter. She is also involved in the local community through volunteering, mentoring, and leading activities for youth interested in the A/E/C industry. Tracy graduated from Roger Williams University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language.
Susan H. Labas, CPSM

Senior Associate and Director of Marketing, van Zelm Engineers
Susan is a Senior Associate and Director of Marketing for van Zelm Engineers, a national Mechanical and Electrical Design and Consulting firm with offices in Connecticut and North Carolina. Her background includes construction management and industry environmental regulations as well as business development. Susan earned a Bachelor's Degree from Vassar College and a Master's Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Susan is a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Council of Construction Education (ACCE). She serves on the Industry Advisory Board of the Central Connecticut State University Construction Management Department. She is an officer on the Hartford Advisory Board for the ACE Mentor Program. Susan is a charter board member, past president and current program chair for the Connecticut Chapter of Professional Women in Construction.

Ron has been part of the A/E/C industry for over 25 years. He has worked as an interior and architectural designer for design firms, corporations, and private universities. He is currently a Project Manager with the architectural firm Drummey Rosane Anderson, Inc. in their Connecticut office. In addition to serving on the Connecticut Chapter’s Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Scholarship Committee. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College.

Nichole is the Director of Marketing for Flow Tech, Inc. Located in South Windsor, CT, Flow Tech is a premier, full-service manufacturer’s representative for applied and engineered products and systems for HVAC and municipal water and wastewater markets. Flow Tech offers competitive, energy-efficient and quality-focused products, systems and services. They excel in large commercial and institutional type markets including healthcare, higher education, K-12 schools, pharmaceutical, office buildings and water/wastewater. As Director of Marketing, she is responsible for leading Flow Tech's marketing and communication initiatives, including their web and digital presence, developing a marketing plan and collateral, coordinating events and technical trainings, as well as college recruitment and business development. Nichole graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications. In addition to serving on the board for the PWC-CT Chapter, Nichole is the Communications Committee Chair for the chapter. She also serves as President-elect and Sponsorship Committee Chair for the SMPS CT Chapter and is an active member of their Programs Committee.
