General Attire: Please refrain from wearing blue jeans, denims, cargo pants, cargo shorts, sweat pants, tee shirts, short-sleeved “mock” necked shirts, spandex, leggings, stirrup pants, tank tops, bare midriffs, cut-offs and short-shorts. Bermuda shorts are permitted for men no higher than 3” above the knee and for women no higher than mid-thigh. Men are asked to remove hats and visors in any dining area inside the Clubhouse, and shirt tails should be tucked in.
Cell Phone and Electronic Devices: Members and Guests may use cell phones or electronic devices in the locker rooms, racquets and pool areas or parking lots. The use of electronic devices on the golf course and practice areas, with the exception of range finders designed exclusively for providing yardage readings, and in dining and bar facilities is prohibited. The prohibition on use of electronic devices on the golf course, practice areas, dining and bar facilities covers use of any PDA device or electronic device, including blackberries and smart phones, for any purpose including texting, viewing, responding to emails, use of range finder applications installed on PDAs and playing video games. Persons subject to bona fide emergencies on the Golf Course should provide the Pro Shop/Caddy Master telephone numbers (914-632-2359 or 914-336-2377) to their contacts. A Staff Member will drive out and return the person to a phone.
Course Etiquette: Time for 18 Holes of golf is 4 hours 10 minutes. Players are asked to keep up with the group in front of them. If you are not maintaining pace of play, you will be asked to pick up your ball and advance to the next hole.
