Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator oversees the day-to-day execution of marketing plans for the Building Division.  Marketing Coordinators have primary responsibility for preparing and submitting requests for qualifications, proposals, interview materials, leave behinds and/or letters of interest.  The Marketing Coordinator interfaces with Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager and Business Development Manager as needed.  The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing & Preconstruction Director.



Prior experience with the AEC industry is required.
Preparing responses to RFPs and RFQs highly preferential.
Experience in desktop publishing including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.
Experience with CRM platforms highly preferential.
Data driven and detail oriented with excellent graphics, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a deadline driven environment while managing multiple assignments.
Works under limited supervision with final work product reviewed to validate consistency with branding requirements and messaging.
Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the company’s efforts in projecting quality, consistency, and innovation through all marketing activities across the company.
Tracking and preparation of responses to RFPs and RFQs including:

Reviewing and editing of materials for timely submissions;
Preparing PowerPoint presentations;
Maintenance and updates for marketing collateral including project sheets, resumes, brochures, and newsletters;
Updating client and project databases

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of AEC industry marketing experience
