The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all maintenance and repair work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner while meeting/exceeding the client expectations. Consequently, this position requires a high level of responsibility, a result oriented – can do attitude, and schedule flexibility to take calls after business hours and on weekends.

Essential Functions

-Take charge of client work order verification process
-Provide price quotes to the clients and follow up with them
-Establish and maintain existing vendor relations
-Match and assign the appropriate field tech for the work order
-Ensure the timely dispatch of field technicians
-Maintain accurate records of the work orders, invoices, reports, emails and other correspondence
-Collaborate with clients on a national level and update them on the status of each phase
-Analyze and resolve client issues and concerns in a professional demeanor
-Evaluate and reconcile vendor invoices
-Work with billing and invoicing department to bill clients accurately for work orders
-Consistently follow up on the details of work orders from inception to completion
-Act as the point person for problem resolution and client relations for multiple projects
-Must be able to perform the job physically from office Monday through Friday during normal business hours and be available to work on-call weekends with advance notice (usually once or twice a month)
-Must be available to take emergency calls after normal work hours and on weekends
-Comply with the company protocol and procedure at all times
-Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
