Join us for structured workshops, inspiring keynotes, landmark architectural tours, and invaluable peer network development.

Keynote Address

Lt Col Dominoe K. Strong, NJ ANG

Lt Col Dominoe K. Strong serves as the Chief of the Mobility Air Forces Branch at the Air National Guard Readiness Center, National Guard Bureau, where she leads maintenance support planning for 14 weapons systems, 408 aircraft, and 55 Air National Guard maintenance organizations.

With more than 15 years of military service, she has held key leadership roles in aircraft maintenance, logistics, and contingency operations, including Commander of the 108th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and 108th Maintenance Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. She has supported missions including Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Freedom’s Sentinel, and Resolute Support.

Lt Col Strong holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University..
