Join us for structured workshops, inspiring keynotes, landmark architectural tours, and invaluable peer network development.

Arrive in Philadelphia, check in to your hotel, settle in, and explore the neighborhood at your leisure. Take part in curated local group sightseeing activities to explore the city's rich history.

Settle into our ground-floor space off the plaza, pick up your custom welcome gift bags, and enjoy a complimentary breakfast spread. We will jump directly into opening alignment workshops, goal setting, chapter introductions, and an inspiring keynote address.
National Updates & Committee Collab Labs
An interactive, collaborative block to cover vital national support models and guidelines. Following updates, chapters will break into designated peer tables (Collab Labs) to develop best practices across committees, exchange successes, and workshop shared solutions. Followed directly by a fully-catered group networking lunch.
Succession Planning Roundtable & Hard Hat Site Tour
A collaborative roundtable addressing how to successfully source, train, and support the next generation of PWC leaders while staying grounded in our core mission. After concluding, we transition to an exclusive architectural/engineering hard-hat site tour of the legendary 30th Street Station redevelopment.
Executive Group Dinner

Enjoy breakfast with high-rise views overlooking the city. We will then meet again in collab labs to discuss strategies to: develop benchmarks for growing existing chapters, outline resource guides for existing chapters, and brainstorm techniques to expand our reach with new chapter development, and how to co-host platforms and build alliances with like-minded partner organizations.
Scenic Walk, Wrap-Up & Evaluation
Take a refreshing group walk near the Schuylkill River trails to connect, followed by a final strategic review of action items, National task delegations, Summit feedback, and our official summit adjournment.
